Buffet of Oktoberfest Salad

  • Apple Salad
    Granny Smith Apples with green onions, bacon cumbles in a dressing of mayonnaise and vinegar.
  • Carrot Salad
    Grated carrots and apples, with horseradish and raisins in a sweet vinegar dressing.
  • Cole Slaw
    Shredded cabbage and carrots with caraway seed and red onion in a dressing of mayonnaise and vinegar.
  • Herbed Cottage Cheese Salad
    Cottage cheese, fresh chives with salt and pepper.
  • Cucumber Salad
    Sliced cucumbers and onions in a sweet vinegar dressing.
  • Sausage Salad - Fleischsalat
    Diced sausage with green onions with a dressing of mayonnaise.

    Potatoes, green onions, bacon crumbles in a dressing of mayonnaise, dry mustard and vinegar.
