Hello:  I am doing genealogy research on the family of Luella Adolf who married Fred Holwegner in 1916 in Burlington, Colorado.  I believed that you might be the son of Gerald Holwegner (1923-2004) who is a son of Luella and Fred Holwegner.  If this is correct, I would like to correspond with you or someone in your family who might help me with my research.

For the past 30 years, I've been gathering information on the German-Russian families that settled in the area north of Bethune, Colorado  (close to Burlington, Colorado.)  I spent my childhood in this area and share a conman ancestor with Luella Adolf Holwegner  -- his name is Christian Adolf.  Much of my research is published on my website -- http://www.nathankramer.com/settle/    You can locate the specific information that I have on Luella Adolf Holwegner at the follow page:  http://www.nathankramer.com/settle/bios/448.htm

(Information on my grandfather, Chris Kramer (Grandson of Christian Adolf) is listed on the following page.  http://www.nathankramer.com/settle/bios/144.htm )

Please let me know if you might be interested in help me.  It would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You.
