Hope Congregational Cemetery Bethune, Colorado click to enlarge Hope Congregational Church is located 11 miles north of Bethune, Colorado and one mile east -- at the cross roads of County Gg & 41 (just one mile north of Immanuel Lutheran Church.)  The Cemetery is located just west of the church.  The church was organized in 1911 after a dispute within the Lutheran Church.  About half of the original settlement families joined this church. The first structure was a small wooden building.  A brick church was built in the mid 1950's and was destroyed by a tornado in 1993.  A new church was built on the site.
