Dale Meyer -- 1983

       Funeral services for Dale David Meyer were Friday, April 8, at 1:30 p.m. in the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Bethune.
       Officiating was Rev. Michael Greenwalt. Singers were the men's chois and the congregation. Pianist was Jean Weisshaar.
       Song selections included "Nearer My God to Thee:, "Have Thine Own Way, Lord", "Just As I Am", "All Who Believe and Are Baptized".
       Casket bearers were Jerry Meyer, Lerry Beringer, Mark Beringer, Bill Bishop, Bill Vicars, Ron Meyers.
       Honorary casket bearers were Reuben Meyer, Norman Meyer, Edwin Berginger, Kenneth Bishop, Milbert Beringer and Dennis Shepard.
       Internment was in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Bethune.
       Dale David Meyer was born April 29, 1952 at Burlington to Clord and Clara Meyer (Beringer).
       He was baptized at Immanuel Lutheran Church on May 18, 1952, by Rev. L.C. Johnson and was confirmed June 19, 1966, by Rev. H. Schaur.
       He was married on Nov. 26, 1977, to Tina Pollard at Snowmass. To this union one son Erick Michael was born on Oct. 9, 1979.
       Dale passed away April 3, 1983, in San Antonio, Tex., at the age of 30 years, 11 months and 5 days. He leaves his wife and son, his parents, one brother Clord D. Meyer, one sister Dorothy Meyer, one sister-in-law Jeanette, two nephews and one niece, besides aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
       Dale was a loving son, husband, bather, brother and friend. He will be missed by all.
