BURLINGTON CALL APRIL 21, 1932
YOUNG TAXIDERMIST EXHIBITS WORK
Rhinehart Adolf, 12-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Adolf,
of Dist. 2E has an exhibit of his taxidermy work at the county
superintendent's office. Rhinehart has been greatly interested
in this work and is taking a correspondence course with the
Northwestern School of Taxidermy of Omaha.
His exhibit consists of one great blue heron, one crow, one
tame white rabbit and two owls. The work is splendid and does
much credit to Rhinehart, who is advancing rapidly in the art of
stuffing and arranging specimens.
We understand most of the specimens were killed in the
neighborhood of the Adolf home. The blue heron was killed in the
Smoky Hill vicinity. |
