Surviving besides his widow are two sons, Ronald of Sacramento, Calif., and Leland, U.S. Navy, now serving in Vietnam; six grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Vera Strobel, Lodi, Calif.  Mrs. Maude Jackson of York is an aunt. F.J. Grosshans, and uncle, lives at Aurora. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, who died in infancy.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the First Methodist Church in York with the Rev. Frank Kirtley officiating.  Burial will be Greenwood Cemetery.  The casket will not be opened following the service.  The body is at the York Memorial Chapel.
