Christian Beringer Died 12 Nov in Eureka, SD. His last words to his daughter, Mrs John Bertsch were "My God will soon take me home." He was born 9 Dec 1851, Bergdorf, South Russia. He married in 1876 Magdalena Scheuffele. They lived happily together for 41 years. They had 10 children, three
died before the parents. He had a heart attack and he wasn't the same person anymore and so after a short sickness he passed away . . . He leaves to mourn his sister, Katharina Hettich, four sons, two daughters, and 27 grandchildren.
He was buried on the 16th November, east of Eureka, on the farm of John Betsch. People came from far and near to the
burial. God bless all the relatives and one left behind until we wee each other in Heaven."
