Leopold (Lee) Dobler -- 1954
 From the Moscow “Daily Idahonian”

        Lee Dobler, age 72, whose home was at 1401 Alpowa, University Heights, died there Wednesday.   He was born in Poland July 30, 1881.   He had lived near Worley for 30 years before coming to Moscow over five years ago.   He belonged to the Methodist Church.

     Surviving are five sons, Clifford in Moscow, Leland at Coos Bay, Ore., Cecil at Coeur d’ Alene, Gilbert in Pensacola, Fla., and Leonard at Urvan, Colo.; eight grand children; four sisters, Mrs Paul Leup in North Dakota, Mrs. Christine Knodel, Mrs. Mary Stahlecker and Mrs. Jacob Strobel all in Colorado.

    Services will be held at English Funeral chapel, Coeur d’ Alene, the time pending.   Dr. W. Wayne Smith will officiate.   Burial will be in Coeur d’ Alene
