The Stieger family came to Eureka, North Dakota in 1893 from
Johannesthal, South Russia. They lived 12 miles north of
Eureka for on year and then moved seven miles northwest of
Venturia. In 1919 Stephen and Barbara Schrench Stieger
retired and moved to Medina and Adam the only son, took over the
farm. |
