Robert Schritter

Robert Schritter, 88, of Greeley and
formerly of Fort Lupton, passed away at North Colorado Medical Center on April
21, 2010. He was born on June 7, 1921, in Aberdeen, Idaho, to Ernest and Pauline
(Ruckenberger) Schritter, the youngest of 10 children. Robert served in the U.S.
Army during World War II and then married Mildred Alberta on June 9, 1947. He is
survived by his two sons, Alan Robert (Elizabeth) Schritter of Cambridge, Neb.,
and Roger Lee (Rhonda) Schritter of Northglenn, Colo.; three grandchildren,
Jonathan, Derek (fiancee Heather) and Jarrod; a great-granddaughter, Shelby Jo;
and a sister, Helen.
He was preceded in death by his wife,
Mildred; and siblings, Rudy, John, Christina, Regina, Martha, Pauline, Elisabeth
and Emma. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Allnutt Macy
Chapel. Inurnment will be at the Armel Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Allnutt
Funeral Service-Macy Chapel.

Mildred Alberta Schritter, 84, of
Greeley, Colo., died Friday, Oct. 1, 2007, at the Life Care Center of Greeley,
Colo. She was born Jan. 31, 1923, to Glen Oliver and Angle (Klie) Ekberg in
Wray, Colo. Mildred married Robert Schritter, and they had celebrated their 60th
anniversary. She lived in Fort Lupton until moving to the Greeley place. Mildred
is survived by her husband, Robert Schritter of Greeley; sons, Alan Schritter
and wife, Liz, and Roger Schritter and wife, Ronda; brothers, Glen Ekberg and
wife, Velma, and George Ekberg and wife, Kay; and grandchildren, Jonathan,
Jarrod and Derek and wife, Tabitha. She was preceded in death by her parents,
and brothers, Dale and Earle. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 16
at Allnutt Funeral Service/Macy Chapel. Interment was on Oct. 19 at Armel
Cemetery, Wray. Cremation was held.
