Bethune Meteorite
Settlement Family Registry  -- Bethune, Colorado

In 1941 a 67 g Meteorite was found north of Bethune, Colorado (Coordinates: 39° 18' N / 102° 25' W)  It's composition is enstatite chondrite.  A part of it is now located in the Natural History Museum in London.  The original specimen may still be located in at the University in Arizona or Arizona State University.

Here are some of the answers to your questions:
The meteorite in question was found in Kit Carson County in Colorado in 1941. The American Museum of Natural History and the Arizona State University at Tempe also hold sub-samples of this meteorites in their collections.
We seems to have acquired our main mass from H.H. Nininger's collection (Ref: The Nininger Collection of meteorites, a catalog and a history; By: Harvey Harlow Nininger; Addie Delp Nininger; Publisher: Winslow, 1950).
