Last Will and Testament of C.F. Mellenbruch
- KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, C.F. Mellenbruch, of Fairview, Brown County, Kansas, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and being desirous of making disposition of my property while I have the strength and capacity so to do, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby declaring void all wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
- FIRST: I desire my executors hereinafter named to pay all my just debts as soon after my demise as can be conveniently done.
- SECOND: I desire and direct my Executors hereinafter named to sell and liquidate all of my personal property of whatever kind at public sale. However in the settlement of any purchases made by my children at such sale I direct my executors to allow each and any of them a 25% discount on anything purchased by them or either of them.
- THIRD: All the rest of and residue of my estate, including real estate as well as the proceeds of the sale of personal property mentioned in paragraph "SECOND" I will, devise and bequeath unto my beloved seven children, equally, share and share all alike. FOURTH: I hereby appoint and name my son D.L. Mellenbruch and my daughter Audrey Reynolds, as executors of this my Last Will and Testament, they to serve without bond.
- IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name to this my Last Will and Testament, this 9th day of September, 1959.
