Proof ten minutes.
1/2 cup water 1 cup flour
Cover in warm place.

1 tablespoon Yeast 1/4 cup warm water
Proof ten minutes
1 cup warm water Starter 4 cups flour
Make soft Dough . Knead 10 minutes. Let rise 2 hours. Knead. Form.
