Puppy Chow

1 package (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 stick margarine
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 large box "Crispix" cereal
1 1/2 cup powdered suugar

Melt in microwave or over low heat the chocolate chips, margarine and peanut butter.  Pour over cereal in large bowl and coat well.  Put confectioners sugar in a large paper grocery bag, pour the cereal in and shake until cereal is coated.
