Popovers

2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk

Heat oven to 450º F.  Generously grease popover pans .  Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.  Add remaining ingredients and beat just until blended.  Do not over beat. Fill prepared cups half full (about 1/3 cup) of batter.  Bake at 450ºF for 15 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 325º F and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.  Serve immediately. Makes 6-7 Large Popovers
