Turkey & Beef Meatloaf

2 pounds ground sirloin
1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
1 can French onion soup
   (or Dry Onion Soup, plus water and extra beef bullion)
1 box (6 ounces) Stove Top Stuffing

Combine everything and bank in 2 bread pans at 400ºF for 45 minutes.

Works well for a cold pate.  Try added fresh herbs (such as savory, thyme, or sage) and diced carrots or pimentos.
