Mrs. Hansen's Liver Paste

2 pounds pork liver
1 1/4 pounds fresh pork
1 large onion
8 anchovy fillets
1/4 pound margarine
1/4 pound flour
milk
3 eggs
1 cup chicken broth
salt & pepper
fresh salt pork fat strips

Grind together liver, pork, onion, and anchovies. Mix margarine, flour, and enough milk to make soft batter. Combine both mixtures. Add eggs, broth, and salt & pepper. Line loaf fan with pork fat and pour in liver mixture. Set in pan of hot water. Bake at 350° F about 1 hour.
