Homemade Ice Cream

This is our main recipe we use of our summer ice cream socials. 

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

In a blender, place eggs and sugar and blend until fluffy.  Add cream and  milk.

Pour mixture into a large double boiler and cook slowly until thicken.

Freeze in ice cream freeze according to freezer instructions.
