Grape Wine

from Roy Duffey -- Blair, Nebraska

4 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon dry yeast
24 ounces frozen grape juice
3 quarts water

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.  Pour into jugs and fill with remaining water. Put a balloon on the jug and let stand at room temp. fro about 3 weeks.  Seal and refrigerate for 3 more weeks.
