French Bread

2 packages yeast
3 3/4 cup warm water
7 cups flour
4 1/4 t salt

Proof yeast in 1/4 cup of the water. Mix flour and salt.    Add Yeast. Knead 10 min.    Rise.   Punch Down.    Rise. Shape.    Spray with water every 10 minutes while baking.
