Creamy Baked Cheesecake Crust
Heat oven 10 350ºF. Beat flour, sugar and margarine until dough forms. Press firmly and evenly against bottom of spring form pan, 9 x 3 inches. Bake until very light golden brown, about 10 minutes. Filling
Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice and
vanilla on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Spread over crust. Bake
until set, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes. Refrigerate at least 6
hours. |
