Cornbread Muffins
1/2 + 1/8 cup flour 1/3 or 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal 1/8 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup milk 1/8 cup oil 1 egg
Mix together and fill muffin tins half full. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden on top.
