Carmel Banana Sauce
Great on waffles or Fresh Toast

4 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 bananas, sliced

In a small sauce pan, melt butter, sugar and cream. Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add cinnamon and vanilla. Just before serving, slice the bananas into the sauce and pour into a serving bowl.
