Bean Dip

1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil, plus 4 tablespoons
1/4 cup fresh Cilantro leaves, chopped
Course Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Cayenne Red pepper or Chipotle Red Pepper

Drain and rinse the beans. Place beans in a food processor, with garlic, lemon juice and oil. Blend until smooth. Add cilantro, salt, black pepper and red pepper. Blend until mixed. Taste. Add more seasoning as desired.
