Swedish Meatballs

¾ to l pound hamburger
½ pound veal, ground
¼ pound pork, ground
1½ cup soft bread crumbs
1 cup light cream
1 egg
Dash of pepper (1teaspoon)
Dash of nutmeg (1 teaspoon)
¼ cup parsley
1½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Mix together and form meatballs. Brown on cookie sheet at 400ºF for 30 to 40 minutes. Can freeze meatballs at this point.

Gravy

drippings from meatballs
1¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt  (1½ teaspoon)
dash of pepper (1 teaspoon)
2 cups water   (more water)
¾ cup sour cream

Mix drippings dry ingredients with drippings. Stir until bubby. Add water and boil 1 minutes.  Add sour cream. Combine meatballs & gravy. Place in oven at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
