Spaghetti

1½ pounds Italian Sausage
½ to ¾ cups. Chopped onion
2 medium cloves garlic, chopped
1 large can pear tomatoes
2 cans (16 ounce) tomatoes sauce
2 small cans tomato paste
1 large can tomatoes, purred
1 small can water
2 pieces bay leaf
1 teaspoon oregano, crushed
1 teaspoon basil, crushed
1½ teaspoon sugar
1½ teaspoon salt
Brown sausage and garlic at the last, add onion. Drain & combine with res of
ingredients in a large pot. Simmer for 3 to 6 hours. Can be frozen.
