Pumpkin Dessert
For JoAnn Hohensee, (who got it from Rhonda McMurty) both of Blair, Nebraska.

4 eggs
1 can (29-ounce) pumpkin
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 can (13-ounce) evaporated milk
1 regular yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 sticks margarine

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9 by 13-inch cake pan with butter; dust pan with flour, then tap out excess. 

Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and milk.  Pour in to pan.  On top, sprinkle the dry cake mix then the walnuts.  Melt margarine and drizzle on top.

Bake at 350°F about 1 hour.  Service with whipped cream.
