London Broil
Combine parsley, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, red pepper, mustard and bay leaves in small bowl; set aside. Rub both sides of steak with the seasoning mixture; cover. Let stand 30 minutes. Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat. Grill steak 8 minutes for medium doneness, turning over after 4 minutes. Let
stand 5 minutes before cutting, across the grain, into thin slices to serve. |
