Cottage Cheese Butterhorn Rolls

3/4 cup cottage cheese
    at room temperature
1 stick margarine, softened
1 cup flour

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat with a mixture until well-blended. Divide dough into 3 equal portions and refrigerate until cold.

Roll dough out and cut into triangles. Roll up like crescent rolls. Bake at 350ºF for 15 to 20 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing, if desired.
